Course Overview

This is a practical, work-based course that leads to Foundation Degree in Dental Technology. Its objective is to develop skills in both academic and practical areas of Dental Technology. Much of the practical learning is carried out during work-based learning at the student's place of employment.

This is a two -year full time program or three-year part time program.

Flexible time schedule is available. It is ideal for people in employment and mature students also.

What can I do at the end of the course?

You could go on straight away to work in a commercial dental laboratory. You may continue with your studies in BTEC Higher National Diploma or Bsc Dental Technology.

 

 

Entry Requirement:

You need to have at least one of the following;

A levels (grade D or above) one of which must be in a science- related subject.
